My name is Margaret and I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. My mission is to empower
lives with respect, dignity and integrity in a healthy, non-judgmental, caring environment. I integrate Catholic doctrine
with sound clinical practice.
As a therapist, I believe it is essential
to continue growing in my faith in order to treat from a holistic approach to integrate body, soul and spirit. I
continue to attend retreats, conferences, seminars and training workshops. This allows me to incorporate Catholic
Family values into my practice. Recently I was invited to attend a healing conference for priests and bishops,
with a few clinicians present. Since I follow the teachings of the magisterium, many priests refer clients to me.
I also receive referrals from Catholic physicians/psychiatrists who appreciate, trust and welcome my approach.
I received my Master's degree plus 30 doctoral hours in Clinical Psychology
from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology. I have had extensive experience with individuals, couples
and families as well as innumerable debriefings at crisis interventions in corporate settings. I have been
a resident of Naperville for the past 25 years, have 3 adult children as well as 4 grandchildren. Life
experience gives me an additional window through which I have gained understanding and wisdom.
Since I also have a degree in Business Management, my understanding of the corporate workplace allows me to understand both
the personal and professional life in order to assist in integrating health in both areas.
